Defense & Security 2025 Concludes Amidst Ongoing Thai Modernisation
DEFENSE & Security 2025 closed, marking a successful end to four days of bustling meetings between government decision-makers, defence firms and industry professionals which have reinforced the event’s reputation as the premier Tri-Service Asian Defence and Internal Security Exhibition, Conference, and Networking Event.

This edition featured over 617 global brands from all across the globe, including the likes of Aselsan, EDGE, BAE Systems, Leonardo, MBDA, KNDS, NORINCO, Diehl Defence, Embraer, Saab, Milkor, Hanwha Ocean, Instalaza, HD Hyundai, Nurol Makina, Havelsan, Navantia, Airbus, Terma, Thales, Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI), CSSC, CPMIEC, CATIC, Aimpoint, Brahmos, LIG Nex1 , MeOpta, Beretta Defense Technologies, Lockheed Martin, Benelli Defense, Colt CZ Group, Glock, Trijicon, Brugger & Thomet, and more. Furthermore, Israeli firms Elbit, Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), Israel Weapons Industries (IWI), RAFAEL were also among those present.



Aside from that, various Thai firms capitalised on the opportunity to showcase the kingdom’s growing defence industry and export capabilities. Among them were Chaiseri which highllighted its vast range of armoured vehicles for use by the Royal Thai Armed Forces (RTARF) and export customers including over a dozen nations. Another Thai company, Envostar’s capabilities in producing cutting edge body armour, protective armour and ballistic products were also among the stars of the show. Envostar has enjoyed success in the local market and export markets as well.
D&S 2025 was also a platform for ASEAN’s defence industry as Singapore’s ST Engineering, Malaysia’s MILDEF and Indonesia’s consortium of defence manufacturers such as Republikorp, PT PAL, PTDI all on hand to foster intra-regional defence industrial prospects in addition to export possibilities.
With 25 national pavilions comprising Thailand, Turkiye, US, Israel , South Korea, Germany, the UAE, UK, Italy, Czech Republic, Indonesia, China, India, and Spain, this edition of D&S 2025 concluded on a high note as Thailand continues modernising its armed forces.
