THE inaugural edition of South Korea’s newly integrated ground defence exhibition–K-DEX 2026 (Korea International Army Defense Exhibition) will be held from December 8–11, 2026 at KINTEX Exhibition Center 2 in Goyang.
K-DEX 2026 was established following the Republic of Korea (ROK) Ministry of National Defense’s (MND) initiative to consolidate KADEX and DX KOREA into a single international event. The unified exhibition is intended to reinforce Korea’s global defence exhibition platform while expanding opportunities for international cooperation and industry engagement across the wider defence community.
Bringing together the expertise, networks, and industry resources developed through both legacy events, K-DEX 2026 will provide one platform for exhibitors, official delegations, defence organisations, government agencies, and international partners. Organisers expect the integration to enhance the value and overall effectiveness of Korea’s defence exhibition ecosystem.
The exhibition is jointly hosted by the Korea Defense Industry Association (KDIA), the Association of the Republic of Korea Army (AROKA), and the Korea Defense Industry MICE Association (KDM). K-DEX 2026 will present the latest innovations in land defence and emerging military technologies.
Exhibits will cover command and control, communications, armoured and tactical mobility systems, firepower, force protection, logistics and sustainment, aerospace technologies, unmanned platforms, artificial intelligence, robotics, and other advanced defense capabilities supporting the future operational environment.
An extensive business programme will run alongside the exhibition, bringing together official military and government delegations, procurement authorities, defence attaches, defence industry executives, and 100 carefully selected international buyers. G2G, G2B, and B2B meetings, conferences, seminars, and networking events will support technology exchange and the development of international defence partnerships.
As Korea expands its presence in the global defense market, K-DEX is expected to serve as an important meeting point linking overseas defence stakeholders with Korean defence manufacturers, technology developers, and government organisations. The exhibition is also expected to facilitate defense exports, industrial cooperation, joint development initiatives, and long-term strategic partnerships.
The organisers envision K-DEX developing into an international platform where governments, armed forces, industry, academia, and research institutions can collaborate to address future security challenges, promote technological innovation, and strengthen global defense cooperation.
Further information on exhibitor participation, official delegation programs, conferences, and visitor registration will be announced through the official K-DEX communication channels.
