MBDA is at the 30th edition of EURONAVAL, a key event for the naval defence community, MBDA’s participation reaffirms its role as a European leader, in a geopolitical climate that is increasingly unstable, and presents a new range of hybrid threats.

MBDA provides a comprehensive range of solutions to ensure naval superiority and sovereignty, supporting European navies, NATO, and allied nations. At this year’s Euronaval, the Group is looking to: assert its technological leadership, consolidate strategic international partnerships, and strengthen its position as a cornerstone of European defence. At its 500m² stand, MBDA is presenting a range of solutions structured around four major axes, designed to meet the most complex tactical challenges:

Four strategic pillars for operational superiority

  • Maritime domain
MBDA’s maritime offering focuses on precision and the ability to penetrate adversary defences. Taking centre stage is the internationally recognised EXOCET SM40. This is the latest generation of the EXOCET family, a lineage of long-range, high-subsonic anti-ship missiles. The stand also features solutions for every combat scenario: the EXOCET MM40 B3c for naval superiority, the TESEO MK/2, the EXOCET AM39, and the MARTE-ER, as well as the SEA VENOM and AKERON LP for versatile and stealthy engagement capabilities.
  • Deep strike
To ensure access to contested areas, MBDA is focusing on sovereign deep-strike capabilities. The NCM Mk2 embodies this ambition for long-distance projection—exceeding 1,000km—with unparalleled precision against sensitive, high-value targets. Meanwhile, the STRATUS system is establishing itself as a versatile solution, capable of operating in multi-domain environments to strike strategic targets.

Also on display is the DELUGE missile. Designed for large-scale production, it enables armed forces to generate saturation effects against protected targets and anti-aircraft defence systems. This solution enhances operational superiority by intensifying pressure on adversary systems.

  • Air defence
The protection of ships and critical infrastructure is a key part of MBDA’s expertise. Through the ASTER and CAMM families, the Group offers multi-layered defence capable of intercepting all types of threats, from cruise missiles to aircraft. This protection is further reinforced by VL MICA NG solutions, combining versatility and responsiveness, and the MISTRAL 3 system, the global benchmark for short-range defence.

  • Counterdrone/Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS)
MBDA is developing disruptive solutions, in response to the proliferation of drones and collaborative systems.  The Group’s approach combines traditional anti-surface and anti-air systems with breakthrough technologies, notably Directed Energy Weapons (Laser) for effective, low-cost neutralisation. Additionally, the SEA WARDEN system provides integrated surveillance and response to secure sensitive maritime zones.

Immersive innovation for the future of combat

Through immersive digital demonstrations, MBDA illustrates its vision of the future combat: from the integration of autonomous unmanned surface vessels (USV) into frigate weapon systems to coordinated strike scenarios using NCM/MdCN, DELUGE, and STRATUS RS. These on-site immersions demonstrate how automation is transforming tactical superiority.

And on November 5, MBDA experts will also be sharing their expertise in the Conference Room . They are taking part in sessions covering the challenges of IMAD and hybrid navies, the transition from ‘data to effect’ for decision-making and action in tomorrow’s naval combat, the multi-domain drone threat, and on operational stealth and hyper-detection.

Join MBDA in shaping tomorrow’s defence

Innovation relies on talent, and so MBDA recruitment teams will also be at the event on Nov 6, as part of the final day, which is dedicated to promoting careers in naval defence. We look forward to welcoming students, job seekers, and industry professionals to meet our experts and discover career opportunities. Together, we are building the teams that will design the defence systems of tomorrow!

Visit MBDA at Stand G29, Hall 6, Paris Nord Villepinte, until Nov 6.
