
ASELSAN welcomed Moldova Deputy Prime Minister Eugen Osmochescu and Minister of Defence Anatolie Nosatîi, Director of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Iraqi Armed Forces Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, Commander of the Bangladesh Army General Waker-Uz-Zaman, and Commander-in-Chief of the Egyptian Armed Forces and Minister of Defence and Military Production Lieutenant General Ashraf Salem Zaher to its Gölbaşı Technology Campus on Aug 3.
Hosted by ASELSAN President & CEO Ahmet Akyol, the visits brought together senior representatives to discuss advanced defense technologies, ongoing cooperation and future collaboration opportunities.
During the meetings, the Moldovan delegation discussed opportunities to enhance Moldova’s defense capabilities through potential cooperation with ASELSAN. The delegations also received comprehensive briefings on ASELSAN’s latest technologies, global capabilities and ongoing programs.
Discussions focused on modern battlespace solutions with the Iraqi delegation, the progress of ongoing programs with Bangladesh, and new collaboration opportunities with Egypt, alongside the activities of ASELSAN’s Egypt office.
The visits marked another step in strengthening ASELSAN’s international partnerships and expanding cooperation with strategic partner countries. By maintaining close engagement with governments and armed forces around the world, ASELSAN continues to develop long-term collaborations and deliver advanced technologies tailored to evolving operational requirements.
