Royal Thai Air Force to Train with Rohde & Schwarz Communication System

BANGKOK/MUNICH:  German-based telecommunications company Rohde & Schwarz was awarded a contract by Thai company RV Connex to deliver R&S M3AR software defined, multi-band-capable airborne radios for Royal Thai Air Force’s (RTAF) new Textron Aviation T-6C Texan II training aircraft, to be called the T-6TH within RTAF service.

“We have a long history of working with the RTAF, having committed ourselves to delivering secure communication solutions that meet national requirements,” Rohde & Schwarz’s Vice President Application Segment Avionics, Stefan Pleyer said.
