Final Indonesian Super Hercules Delivered

The Indonesian Air Force (TNI-AU) has taken delivery of their fifth and final Lockheed Martin C-130J-30 Super Hercules. The aircraft arrived at Jakarta’s Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base on May 16.

The Super Hercules with tail number A-1342 left for a 5-day journey from the production line at Marietta, Georgia, making several stops along the way. All five Super Hercules will be stationed at Halim Perdanakusuma with the 31st Squadron.

Part of a Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) in 2019 between the manufacturer and the Air Force, the four preceding aircraft were delivered in March, June and August of 2023 with the most recent in January this year.-shp/adj/dl (Pix:TNI-AU)
