CyberDSA 2024 launched in Kuala Lumpur

THE Cyber Digital Services, Defence and Security Asia (CyberDSA) 2024 was officially launched today in Kuala Lumpur’s Convention Centre (KLCC). Kicking off today, the highly anticipated event gathers private and government cyber security experts for three days, from August 6-8.

Organised by Aerosea Exhibitions in collaboration with CyberSecurity Malaysia, the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) and Defence Cyber and Electromagnetic Division (DCED), the event was officiated by the Minister of Digital, Gobind Singh Deo.

“Cyber DSA serves as a valuable platform for us to promote cyber security among end users, and presents opportunities to build partnerships, share insights and drive progress towards a secure digital future. The minister emphasised the necessity to maintain preparedness in tackling cyber security threats. Also adding that steps taken by the government in bolstering the country’s cyberthreat combat capabilities are highly imperative to protect the digital assets of small and medium enterprises (SME) which are the foundation of the nation’s economy in addition to continued major investments from tech giants in the country.-shp/adj/dl (Pix:CyberDSA,ADJ)
