As the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agancy (MMEA) turns fifteen on Feb 13, its Director General, Admiral (Maritime) Datuk Mohd Zubil Mat Som talks to ADJ where he gave some insights on the coast guard’s way forwars. In this eclusive interview,  the Admiral talks about the Agency’s infrastructure development and equipment modernisation programes, manpower capability, and the strong relationship with other coast guards and maritime law enforcement agencies.
