Singapore’s Chief of Navy Promoted

Chief of the Republic of Singapore Navy, Rear Admiral (RAdm) (One-Star) Sean Wat will be promoted to RAdm (Two-Star) effective Jan 1, 2024. RAdm Wat was presented his promotion certificate by Minister for Defence Dr Ng Eng Hen at the Ministry of Defence on Dec 15.
